RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Cat Luna, we want you and your cat to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions: RETURN PERIOD You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item to us.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be: - In its original condition, unused and undamaged - In its original packaging - Accompanied by proof of purchase

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS For hygiene reasons, some items cannot be returned once opened: - Litter accessories - Opened grooming products

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@cat-luna.com. We will provide you with instructions for returning your item.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective item.
